Epione Dentistry (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through epionedentistry.com, our online forms and our text messages, and how we use it. Your dental records and other health information are also protected by our Notice of Privacy Practices under HIPAA, which you can request at our office or by calling (760) 744-8314.

- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, preferred appointment times and any message you send through our website forms, by phone, by email or by text.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser type, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools that help our website work and help us understand how it is used.

- To respond to your questions and requests, and to schedule, confirm and remind you of appointments.
- To provide dental care, process payments and work with your insurance.
- To send you information you have asked for, such as appointment reminders, recall reminders and, if you opt in, news and offers from our office.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Epione Dentistry may text you about appointments, reminders, follow-ups and replies to your requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers who send messages on our behalf.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run our office and website (for example scheduling, messaging, website hosting and payment processing), who may use it only to provide services to us and, where health information is involved, under a Business Associate Agreement;
- with your insurance company or other providers involved in your care, as permitted by law; and
- when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our patients, staff or others.
Please don’t send sensitive health details through the website
Our website forms are for contact and scheduling. Please do not include detailed medical history or other sensitive health information in a form. We’ll collect what we need securely at your visit.

We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand website traffic. We configure them so they do not collect the contents of our forms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to update or delete the contact information we hold, or opt out of emails (use the unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP) at any time. Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13. Parents or guardians contact us on behalf of children.
